Refund policy

Orders on Ziyarah Collections require full advance payment (Bank Al Habib or JazzCash) before delivery. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Before we leave

If you cancel before we leave for delivery, and payment was received, contact us on WhatsApp 0306 0657672 or email info@ziyarahcollections.com. We will arrange a refund to the same Bank Al Habib or JazzCash account you paid from.

After delivery

If the bottle arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us with photos within 24 hours of receiving it. We will replace the item or refund, as agreed with you.

Opened perfume that matches the listing cannot normally be returned, because fragrance is a sealed personal product.
